    Been Operating here Same site more than 35 years Plus & I can tell You that you will never please everyone all the time Impossible, There unfortunately are some People who will never be happy, But my experience is 98% are a joy and 2% will never be happy no matter what you do, But People Generally are wonderful i have met so many beautiful People which i am so grateful for and Thank all Those Beautiful Kind People, I have received so many Gifts From Customers who appreciate the service we have given, To our Customers we say we will do our best to make them happy, but we only sell secondhand goods, and whilst we will do our best the customer needs to make sure that they Check everything and are happy with there purchase, Its no good 8 months plus later to start vile and disgusting comments on Facebook Google etc. We do sell a lot of items and when someone for whatever reasons suddenly without notice and not knowing who it is and what they bought Suddendly starts making Disgusting and vile Comments and we could sue them for defamation, We are only Human, We have always done our best and will always do just that.
