  Rosedale caravan park was a relaxing place to stay. Very clean and quiet surrounded by lovely shady trees for country atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others seeking a relaxing break from city life.

  The most untidy and un kept caravan park in Australia. Half the showers don't work. The permanent residents are a discrace to mankind. Has lots of potential with new owners and permanent residences gone.

  thought to stay a week and ended up staying 3 months. the beautiful tranquil atmosphere has much going for it. located on the outskirts of the peaceful country town of Rosedale it is a short walk to public transport or even the town center whilst still surrounded by farm land and peacefully quiet.

  enjoyed my stay immensely as also did my pet ( ferret ) as they are a very pet friendly park with many animals roaming and willing to eat from your hand should you chose to try it. find myself now saddened to be leaving such a beautiful and friendly place.

  This is not a state of the art modern caravan park..it is rather eclectic..by the owner own admission they are hoarders..if you can look past the countless piles of interesting items you will enjoy your stay here.
